First aid is a crucial life-saving skill that all individuals, especially school students, should possess. This study aims to assess the knowledge and attitude of 8th to 10th class High school students (13-16) in Mathpurena, Raipur (C.G.) regarding first aid and emergency response. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 150 students using a structured questionnaire. The findings revealed that although students exhibited a positive attitude toward helping during emergencies, their knowledge about correct first aid techniques was limited. The study highlights the urgent need for regular, structured training programs in schools to empower students to act confidently in emergency situations.
