The convergence of digital health technologies and evidence-based nursing practice is transforming healthcare delivery, accessibility, and patient experience across diverse care settings. As global health systems face mounting pressures from aging populations, workforce shortages, and disparities in access to quality care, innovative nursing approaches have emerged as a pivotal solution to bridge clinical and technological gaps. Broadly, these approaches encompass telehealth, remote patient monitoring, mobile health applications, and data-driven clinical decision support tools all integrated within nursing workflows to enhance care coordination and patient engagement. By harnessing real-time data and digital communication platforms, nurses are better positioned to provide continuous, personalized, and preventive care that transcends traditional facility boundaries. At the operational level, evidence-based practice (EBP) frameworks ensure that digital innovations are implemented with scientific rigor, safety, and measurable outcomes. EBP-guided digital nursing interventions have demonstrated significant improvements in patient satisfaction, chronic disease self-management, and health literacy.
